Maxwell went on to earn his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, equipping him with a strong foundation in legal principles and advocacy. He launched his legal career at the prestigious law firm King & Spalding, where he gained invaluable experience handling complex legal matters.
Guided by a vision to serve clients with dedication, integrity, and personalized attention, Maxwell eventually ventured into solo practice. In 2021, he officially founded Max Law Office, where he continues to provide strategic and results-driven legal representation across a range of practice areas. Maxwell is admitted to practice law throughout the state of Georgia, including the Northern District Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
When he's not advocating for his clients, Maxwell enjoys time with his wife and their two daughters, staying grounded by the same values of family, faith, and perseverance that have guided his career.
